Shipping Info: Orders are usually shipped within 14 days via Deutsche Post or Hermes, though occasionally they may take longer since this is a label run by an artist with a very irregular schedule!

When your order is shipped you should receive a notification from Bandcamp. Check your spam folder for this email before writing to us if you're wondering where your order might be.

Within Germany shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, and outside Germany 5-21 days. If your order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks (and please check on the release page, particularly if it's newly pressed vinyl, in case it is shipping after the release date! Vinyl is frequently delayed), do contact us to help investigate. But please always keep in mind that this is a label run by an artist who is frequently on tour or otherwise engaged so inquiries may take a while to receive an answer. This is not Amazon.com, this is an independent business in an industry that's been brutalised by capitalism.
